A 2BHk - 2 bath house in a small complex with only 9 houses (Six 2BHK and three 3BHK) in a serene locality next to the Satsang Ashram in Hyderabad. This is off Pillar 212 at Uperpally (or Rajendra Nagar cross roads to be precise). The bus stop is nearby and commute to the airport is a breeze as you do not get into city traffic at all. Access to Agricultural University or numerous GOI institutes is easy. Access to ORR makes a commute to Gachibowli or Cyberabad easy again beating city traffic. We are offering ours at a lower rate as I want to sell it to book a house in BBSR. The price is negotiable by a small margin.
